Las Vegas - Stratosphere Tower Hotel: "Frequent Visitor"
Reviewer: Las Vegas visitor, Greensboro, NC

My husband and I have stayed at the Stratosphere 7 times and enjoy our visit each time we come to Las Vegas. We enjoy the spacious rooms, nice staff and the casino area. The only thing we didn't like was the people who try and offer you free shows or visits to resorts. They practically chase you down to ask you questions, even if you walk by more than once. In all, we really like staying at this hotel because it is away from the busiest part of the strip but good exercise to the other hotels. Have to walk off all the buffet meals.

Las Vegas - Stratosphere Tower Hotel: "great hotel"

Loved the Stratosphere. Size is a bit daunting and you will get lost, but it's part of the fun. Corridors are endless - if you go to pool take all you need as you'll never go back to your room and return if your on the other side of hotel. Good buffet, good choices available and your not rushed. Go up the tower - it's amazing but when you buy ticket show your room pass and its $4 instead of $8. Rooms are clean, staff are great (though I got duff info from concierge twice).

Rooms are clean, staff are great (though I got duff info from concierge twice) It seems a long way from strip but catch 301CAT Bus outside hotel - buy $5 day pass (or it's $2 each way) and you'll be in the busy strip area in 10 minutes. After a few hours in the crowds you'll be glad of the relaxed atmosphere at the Stratosphere. Other Hotels look better, but for me the Stratosphere is the best and most relaxing. Area around Hotel is a bit seedy but buses run late and drop you opposite foyer/entrance Shopping mall not much but you won't be ripped off, if shoppings your thing you must go to Las Vegas Outlet Mall by the Airport - great place. Good buys to be had but you'll be there hours!

Las Vegas - Stratosphere Tower Hotel: "Not Bad"

My very first time in Vegas, I stayed at the Stratosphere, which was pretty cool. The staff was friendly, check-in was about 10min and the room was okay and clean. The casino was average but fun. What I recommend is the Top of The World Restaurant it was soooo beautiful!!!!! The sight was GREAT! The food was so, so. But if you're into fancy food, you'll like it. The thing I did not like is that to get to my room it was a long walk and The Strat is pretty far from the other resort hotels, but if you have a car who cares.
