This performance is a striking example of how far Las Vegas has come in shedding its old image. The latest and the largest project of the New York-based performance-art troupe was launched at the Luxor Resort. Three hairless men in utilitarian uniforms, with headsgleaming from cobalt blue paint, prowl the stage committing twisted "science projects". They're doing odd stunts with art supplies, audience members, tons of paper. A civil-engineering lesson might be followed by marshmallow spitting or amazing percussion with instruments fashioned from PVC piping. The show is just a series of surreal, unconnected bits, but each of them is great. Luxor Resort and Casino
