Golden Gate Hotel and Casino

Built in 1906, the Golden Gate is the oldest hotel in Las Vegas. It was opened as the Hotel Nevada, then it was sold to a group of San Francisco investors in 1955. Golden Gate is the smallest hotel on Fremont Street.

The Golden Gate's casino - the oldest and most historic casino in Vegas - offers traditional table games, including blackjack, craps, and roulette. At the tables $3 and $5 are dominating minimums. There are also about 400 slots and video machines in the casino.

Visitors enjoy timeless melodies, performed by the piano player. Although the casino is small and crowded, the atmosphere is fairly relaxed.
