Le Cirque

Le Cirque, a branch of the New York City landmark, is an elegant restaurant with French cuisine. It is on of Bellagio's best. The wine cellar of the restaurant contains more than 1,000 selections representing every wine-producing region of the world.

The food is exquisite: sea scallops layered with black truffles and wrapped in spinach and puff pastry; black sea bass in crispy potatoes with stewed leek and Barolo sauce.

From the restaurant's windows there is a view of the hotel's lake and its magnificant Bellagio fountains. Le Cirque has 80 seats.
