This club by Michael Morton and Scott DeGraff was choosen as a major setting for MTV's The Real World in 2002-03. It is not only the nightclub, but also a concert house. Its capacity is about 1,500 visitors.

The club is equipped video projections on a 40-foot water curtain, dancing waters, and blasts of fire. It even offers "skyboxes" for rent.

In the summer, clubbers have at their disposal the adjacent pool area for a "pool lounge". Thursday is the signature night, "Drenched".
