Le Village Buffet

Le Village is a gourmet buffet at Paris Las Vegas. The buffet stations are themed to the regions of France. Guests can try cuisine of Normandy, Brittany, Provence, Burgundy, or Alsace at this eatery.

Here only some choices listed: roasted duck with green peppercorns, seafood bouillabaiise, veal Marengo (in olive oil with tomatoes, onions, olives, garlic, and white wine), and chicken sauté chasseur (in a brown sauce of mushrooms, shallots, and white wine).

Le Village offers delicious French desserts, such as Brittany dessert crepes, bananas Foster, and French bread pudding that is served up at the Le Flambe station.
