Big Apple Bar

Baby's has three levels, four bars, one main dance floor, two stadium-style dance platforms and an exclusive VIP lounge area.

Coyote Ugly

A southern style bar and dance saloon featuring hot female bartenders who have elevated pouring drinks to an art form. Like its New York City namesake, each night, sexy, sassy, tough talking Coyote Ugly bartenders ascend atop the bar to perform a bold show filled with stunts ranging from fire-blowing to body shots, clogging and choreographed dance numbers, all while inviting customer interaction.

Ghost Bar

Located on the 55th floor of the Palms and accessible only by express elevator, ghostbar is a realm unto itself. True to its name, the bar feels as if it's floating over Vegas, a world apart from the chaos below. Three of the bar's four walls are glass, and the view through those windows -- a proper 180 degrees -- is absolutely breathtaking.

But ghostbar is more than its view. The room is perfectly rectangular and festooned with space-age bachelor-pad furnishings; it's the best of Hollywood and Vegas combined. The crowd lounging on those silver sofas is older, but hip and energetic. Service is courteous and quick -- everything you'd expect for the cover charge (between $10 and $20, depending on the day).
