Bellagio FountainsFountains at Bellagio is one of the most spectacular free shows in Vegas. Dancing streams of water are created by water-emitting devices in addition to mini-shooters and super-shooters that can reach a height of 240ft (42m). 1,200 individually-controlled fountains span more than 1,000ft (300m) across Lake Bellagio to create the largest musical fountain system in the world. The fountains are choreographed to music ranging from Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli to Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra and Lionel Ritchie. The shows can be seen from both sides of the Strip, but if the sidewalk is too crowded with onlookers, the bridge that connects Bellagio with Bally's offers a good viewing point. According to some estimations, it cost Bellagio as much as $52 million to build this magnificent 9 acre Bellagio lake with water fountains. The shows perform Mon-Fri from 3pm to midnight and Sat/Sun midday-midnight. Every 30 min until 7pm, then every 15 min.
