We felt that inside the Imperial Palace was very easy to get in and out of. We've stayed at Harrah's and MGM and found that those hotels were like mazes and felt like we were trapped inside. It was like "The Shining" where Jack Nicholson couldn't get out of in the snow at the end of the movie. Ha!Ha! We liked your hotel so much that we are scheduled to arrive there once again on Feb.22- Feb.24 and really look forward to it ,your friendly staff, good food, and your MONEY!!! Ha!Ha! Till then!
Great place to stay when I'm on my autumn break before the long winter sets in. Rooms clean, but only used for sleeping with the rest of the time doing the strip.
The Imperial Palace is great value on a great location close to all the big casino resorts. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. I usually stay at the Flamingo in the summer, but in the winter the Imperial Palace has great deals, especially if you are a rated player. All the restaurants are good value. There is always a lot going on to keep you in the hotel and they do entertain you with perks. The rooms are also good - clean and spacious. I have stayed there last December and am doing so again this December.
We have stayed at the Imperial Palace numerous times and are heading back in December. No need to defend this place as the service and value provided truly do speak for themselves. If you are looking to spend an outrageous amount of money to stay in a megaresort that could care less about you then don't stay at the Imperial. They offer clean rooms at good value. The food is adequate for the money that you will pay and the staff has always been friendly and remember you from previous visits. The casino is fun with the "Dealertainers" and the table limits are usually geared towards the average players and not the "high rollers". I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
I booked through a travel agent on my last trip to Vegas, and she booked us through Imperial Palace. She told us that the hotel was nothing special, but the rooms were clean, and that's exactly what the hotel was....nothing special, but clean rooms. I would suggest getting a non-smoking room/floor, as i've heard the smoking rooms stink. If you are a smoker, don't worry, there are balcony's too, so you can have a clean smelling room, and smoke on the balcony. The casino was very fun, they have impersonaters dealing in the casino. The waitresses are excellent, and fast, and the maid staff was great. Check in took about 10-15 min. and check out was 5 min. We arrived in Vegas around 9:30am, and they held our bags for us until 2pm, free of charge. On check out, our flight left at 11pm, so they held our bags for us from noon until 10pm. The Imperial Palace has a excellent location on the strip, clean non smoking rooms, and good service. It is definately not the best casino in vegas, but it serves its purpose. I would consider going there again.
The Imperial Palace is a mess. It's run down. The rooms are awful. The room AC is horrible. The food is poor. Elevators are s-l-o-w. The location is great. Parking is abundant. Look elsewhere.
No frills, just a good location, pleasant staff, room fine and a shower with wonderful hot water. The room was cleaned and left spotless every day. Buffet adequate selection at reasonable price. location excellent to visit the 4/5 star hotels. If you do not spend much time in the room then why spend extra? I found watching any U.S. TV programme gave me a good enough reason to minimize time in the room and go anywhere on the Strip! |
