Conrad's

Las Vegas

The finest steaks and seafood are served in a steakhouse so romantic and elegant, you'll want to savor every moment. The softly lit restaurant is impressive, with rich oak paneling, marble and mosaic floors, fine art, antiques and elegant furnishings.

There is a wide array of appetizers including the Seafood on Ice and Lobster Bisque, laced with cognac and garnished with chunks of lobster meat and vermouth cream. For those who prefer prime cuts, the Pepper Corn Steak - 20 ounces of bone-in, center-cut New York strip loin, coated and grilled with black peppercorns - is a favorite. But there is more than meat. The fresh Maine Lobster and Seared Yellow Fin Tuna are well-liked dinner selections. For a stylish dessert, there are several choices, including Exotic Fruit Sorbet - for those who can't decide - Conrad's Sample Platter.

Las Vegas

For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Perched astride an eight-acre lake filled with dancing fountains, the Bellagio Le Cirque is a whimsical jewelbox of color and detail, from the star-studded entry of polished woods to the sumptuous, swooping silk-tented ceiling. Chef Marc Poidevin matches the surroundings with vibrant French cookery that is by turns rustic and elegant: Black Sea Bass in Crispy Potatoes with Braised Leeks and Barolo Sauce; Roasted Chicken in Black Truffle Skin with Roasted Potatoes and Sea Scallops "Black Tie" with Truffles and Spinach.
